Title: Professional Cleaning Specialist

Description: Seeking qualified candidates that have at least 3+ years of experience cleaning Residential, Commercial, and Vacation rental properties. (MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE) The company provides all necessary cleaning supplies, work shirts, and equipment. Coachella Maids also provides paid training, standard operating procedures, and structured cleaning processes.

Compensation: $18/h-$20/hour (D.O.E.) + tips and incentive pay

Responsibility: Traveling to homes or businesses performing various cleaning services in supervised teams. Ability to navigate our booking app to clock hours worked along with providing before and after pics uploaded to the app after each clean.

Expectations:

  • Available Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, year-round
  • Service up to 3 homes or business’ per day
  • Physically capable: a lot of standing, squatting, and bending.
  • Provide an amazing customer-service experience on every clean
  • Must have the ability to obtain General Liability Insurance
  • Cell phone to download schedules from our booking app
  • On going performance reviews by team supervisor
  • Once a week, employees are expected to restock chemicals
  • Clean towels/cloths are provided and required for daily operations
  • Cleaning caddies and chemicals are stored by staff overnight in their vehicle trunks
